For help with the app, a missing masjid, or an incorrect listing, email salam@dhikrshare.com. Include the masjid name and city so we can look into it.

Prayer time missing or incorrect?

Some listed masjids have no connected timetable yet. Open the masjid’s website or contact it directly to confirm a time.

To send us a correction, open the masjid on the map and tap Report a wrong time.

iPhone reminders not arriving?

In the iPhone app, open Prayer reminders, choose a masjid or nearest mode, and turn on the reminders you want. Check that notifications are allowed in iPhone Settings.

A published schedule must be available for alerts to be queued. Focus, notification summaries, and silent mode can affect delivery.

Map or location issue?

You can search for an address without sharing your live location. If you choose nearest-masjid reminders, the app uses your latest available location. iOS may delay location updates while the app is closed.
